Jean-Claude Atusameso
Vice President, International Business
Father Jean-Claude Atusameso, a Catholic Priest, has served in several executive leadership roles in companies in the US and beyond its borders. He brings a holistic approach to ensure R&J builds the appropriate global infrastructure to facilitate the movement of goods and services from the national to the international markets.
His vision transcends conventional practices and, as such, he has cultivated a network of strategic partners and affiliates across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. His ability to connect with leaders, innovations and decision-makers around the world has opened doors to countless opportunities, enabling R&J to expand its international footprint and enhance its global presence.
A desire to uplift humanity emerges as a major motivator for the work that Jean-Claude does. He has been instrumental in applying smart solutions to champion sustainable growth in international markets. As such, he is a staunch advocate for developing people and empowering communities. His efforts have not only advanced global and international trade; they have made a tangible difference in the lives of countless individuals and communities worldwide.
Glenda F. Hodges, Ph.D., J.D., M.Div.
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Hodges is a professional with stellar credentials and invaluable college and university experience. She has worked as Assistant Dean, Department Chairperson and University Professor in the academic arena teaching courses in business law, organizational behavior and business management. Additionally, she has served as Senior Associate in a mid-sized law firm and a Legal Staff Member of the National Labor Relations Board, providing appellate assistance in the Office of Appeals.
Dr. Hodges has significant corporate experience, having served as the Associate Hospital Director and Chief Operating Officer for an inner-city hospital. She has managed yearly budgets exceeding 10 million dollars and supervised FTEs of 300+ persons. She has held significant board memberships for organizations such as the American Cancer Society, South Atlantic Division, YWCA of the National Capital Area and Middle States Accreditation for Colleges and Universities.
She also acted as a White House Consultant, in the capacity of evaluating the impact of federal dollars on the mitigation of HIV/AIDS in the Far East.


Mikal Walker
Director of Information Systems and Services
A seasoned leader in the field of Information Systems and Services, Mikal joins our team as the Director of Information Systems and Services. He brings 23 years of dedicated experience in information systems and security information from Fortune 100 companies. Mikal is a visionary strategist adept at implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive operational excellence while fortifying cybersecurity frameworks.
As a veteran of the United States Marines, Mikal embraces their slogan, Semper Fidelis, by demonstrating a disposition of being "always faithful." His leadership is characterized by a commitment to innovation, efficiency and unwavering integrity while collaborating with teams in our company to promote sustained growth. His proficiency in database management ensures that we remain timely in managing budgets, leveraging data and allocating resources. Our company remains "on point" while maximizing ROIs and minimizing costs under Mikal's watchful eye. His contributions are positioning R&J Transatlantic, Inc. to move forward with sustained success in the dynamic landscapes of information technology.
Victoria Ochiche
Executive Administrator
Emerging from an executive administrative assignment in the Shareholder's Department of an oil corporation, Victoria joins our team as our Executive Administrator. She has acquired skills in court reporting, researching land ownerships and compiling lease abstracts for drilling contracts in the oil and gas industry.
Additionally, Victoria brings her background in the banking industry where she served as the principal administrator who serviced the executives of oil and gas companies during pivotal transactions leading to buyouts.
For more than two decades, Victoria served as an Executive Administrator for a mega church of more than 5,000 members. In this capacity, she functioned as the Senior Administrator and managed all of the associated responsibilities accompanying this position. During her tenure, she also served on the Boards of the Northwest Assistance Ministries and the Family Violence Center.
She is an adept researcher, skilled in navigating and negotiating the resources assigned for task completion and mission fulfillment. In her capacity as R&J Transatlantica's Executive Administrator, she provides administrative support needed to manage the company's transactions.
